FAQs


We bring music to life through exploratory evenings of music in extraordinary surroundings. It’s the music you love, presented in a fully realised, perfectly built world that you explore in sequence.

Wherever you are, you’ll be listening to live music in the one setting that makes it really sing.

For every booking, £2 is contributed to our chosen charity, the Abram Wilson Foundation whose mission is to support young people to become the greatest version of themselves through music.

To ensure Covid-Safety, in line with government guidelines, groups should conist of people from your household and/or support bubble. So pick your favourite family members or friends (no pressure) and come along!

Inside one sprawling maze somewhere near London Bridge, you'll see a different lineup of musicians every night take to one of our five stages to play great songs you know, and new songs you don't.

You'll be in distanced groups as you are safely guided through the evening, and you'll be able to drink and eat themed food and beverages. You should expect to move between stages every fifteen minutes or so.

There will be toilets on site. There will not be a cloakroom.

The performance is approximately 2 hours long with multiple opportunities to enjoy food and drinks. Arrrive at least 30 minutes before your show start time so that you have time to check in, order a cocktail and one of our food and drink bundles which will be delivered to you at various stages of the experience. 

Yes, let's set the record straight - business meetings are acceptable. As per the current Covid-19 social distancing guidelines, you can attend the show with your colleagues who you would be in contact with at work anyway as per government guidance. If you are interested in making a booking for more than 6 people, this is possible, but we ask you to split the larger group into smaller groups (of up to 6) which can then go around the experience together socially distanced from others. If guests do not respect our policies on social distancing, they will be asked to leave. Our socially-distanced immersive show is the perfect Christmas party, a chance for some escapism in these unusual times. 

This performance is recommended for Ages 18+. However, it is suitable for children 13+. Any minor (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We reduced our capacity by 30% to allow for more room. You’ll never come closer than two and half meters to another group.

Masks will be worn during the event, whether you bring your own or take one of ours, available free of charge at the entrance.

We will sanitise the venue before and after every evening with disinfectant and antibacterial liquid, and hand sanitizer will also be provided for all audience members throughout the evening.

We will monitor and maintain distancing for audiences and staff on all lines.

We’ll always follow the advice of Public Health England, which is how we arrived at this Social Distancing show, and we’ll always try to exceed standard safety measures.

No! This is great music in the right setting. There’s plenty in this for the music nerds though too.

We got you covered on drinks - there is a themed bar offering with several opportunities for a drink along your experience.

We recommend coming with an appetite - we have some delicious themed street food and you can pre-order some great food and drinks bundles at the first bar to be served at various stages around the experience. 

Drugs - no. Anyone with drugs or suspected of having drugs will be booted straight out.

Sex is really outside our remit, and ideally outside our record shop too. Not right outside though, thanks.

No! No organised fun. No idiotic quests. No stilted conversation with actors. Just you, in smart vintage attire if you like, and several hours of truly fantastic music, in a delicate and incredible time-shifting maze that will beguile your every sense.

One Night Records is for everyone. A lot of our audience members have different needs, and we’re constantly trying to ensure that everyone’s experience is perfect. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible. Please note that our narrowest door measures 73cm in width. 

Your Booking

We offer free Companion/Personal Assistance tickets, so please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange one.

You can contact us via email ([email protected]) or on the phone 0333 320 1663 to arrange the companion ticket.

We will ask for your booking reference number, so that your companion ticket can be attached to your existing booking, or we are able to process the entire booking for you if requested.

We will also need to ask if you have any particular access requirements when attending the event. This is so we can pass on any specific information to our Front of House team on the day, to ensure we can make any necessary arrangements in advance.

Accessible Performances

All our performances are accessible for everyone as it is on one floor. However, we recommend those hard of walking to use a wheelchair if possible as there is a lot of walking involved in the show.
