Martin has spent his time working as a chef, baker, barista, event caterer, wholesale distributor and tasting coordinator. During his free time he has travelled extensively, taking up stints as a farmer, seafood fisherman, patissier and wine merchant along the way. These experiences form the basis of his work, where he is able to interpret and present a variety of different cultures and cuisines.
After spending nearly 20 years practicing different mediums of food production, development and experimentation, Martin has overseen Food & Beverage for immersive Christmas event Lapland UK, London's Vault festival and sustainable food delivery service Dabba Drop, along with pursuing a variety of freelance development, consultancy and event based roles.
Martin has an extensive knowledge of vegan, free-from and lifestyle cuisines and can cater or advise on an event or project of any size – please do not hesitate to contact for further advice/information.
